Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of BrewedOps GHL Tools ("the Service") at brewedops.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.The Service
BrewedOps is a dashboard of productivity tools for GoHighLevel (GHL) agencies and virtual assistants. Pro Mode includes the Workflow Creator, Marketing tools, Claude Code, UI Prompts, Glossary, PDF Tools, PDF Forms, Pomodoro, Mini Tools, the OLJ Job Board, and a Tasks board. Play Mode offers light productivity games (typing test, reaction time, and an idle collection game) to decompress between work.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in the United States, and in any case old enough to enter a binding contract in your country) to use the Service. The Service is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.
3.Your account
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Do not share your account with others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, or exploit game mechanics or scoring.
5.Your content, conduct, and credentials
You retain ownership of the content you create (workflows, tasks, documents) and any GoHighLevel tokens you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any client data you process through the tools. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you within the Service.
Some features let you post content others can see (for example, your display name, leaderboard standing, in-game World Chat, and feedback). You are solely responsible for what you post, and you must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content, and suspend or remove accounts, at our discretion and without notice, to enforce these Terms or protect the Service and its users.
6.AI features
Some features generate output using third-party AI models (for example, Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for convenience only and is not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on or acting on it, and for ensuring your prompts and use comply with applicable law and any third-party terms.
7.Virtual items and game economy
Play Mode includes points, virtual currency, items, and features such as a shop, marketplace, and auctions. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the Service only. They are not your property, may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service, and are non-refundable. We may adjust, reset, suspend, or remove virtual items, balances, or the game economy at any time, including to correct errors, prevent abuse, or rebalance gameplay.
8.Fees and donations
The Service is currently provided free of charge. The "Buy me a coffee" option is a voluntary donation to support the Service; it is non-refundable and does not purchase any feature, guarantee, or level of service. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future, and any applicable fees and terms will be presented to you before you incur them.
9.Intellectual property
The BrewedOps design, code, and original tools are the property of BrewedOps. You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute the Service without permission. Third-party assets (for example, icon and font libraries) remain the property of their respective owners under their own licences.
10.Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including GoHighLevel, OnlineJobs.ph, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Groq (audio transcription), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
11.Feature access
Some features are gated and enabled per-user by an administrator (for example, the HL Accelerator community tools). Availability of any feature may change, and we may add, modify, or remove tools over time.
12.Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, for the users they cover, the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.
13.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, that data will never be lost, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrewedOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrewedOps and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content or any data (including client or third-party data) you process through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your infringement of any third party's rights.
16.Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account and data yourself from Profile menu → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including content ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.
17.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute arising from them.
18.Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19.Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BrewedOps regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
