01What this site is
brewedops.com shows who we are, the systems we build (GoHighLevel automations, AI workflows and web builds) and videos about that work. It is information, not a signed agreement. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate proposal or contract, and that document wins over anything written here.
02Using the site
You may browse, read and share links to the site. You agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful,
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the server behind it,
- scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors,
- pretend to be BrewedOps or suggest we endorse you when we do not.
03Our content
The text, design, code, animations, videos and the BrewedOps name and logo belong to BrewedOps. You may quote short parts with a link back. Copying, reselling or republishing larger parts needs our written permission.
Other names and logos on the site, such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, Claude or Slack, belong to their owners. Showing them means we work with those tools, not that their owners endorse us.
04No guarantees or advice
We keep the site accurate, but content, examples and videos are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and results from any system depend on your business. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or go offline at any time.
05Links to other sites
The site links to Facebook, GitHub, kape.tools and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
06Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BrewedOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost data, profit or business, that comes from using or not being able to use this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data a visit creates and your rights over it.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
